The primary objective of the portal is to disseminate knowledge, information and laws and regulations related to anti-corruption initiatives with mutual interest among participating members of international anti-corruption agencies.

The establishment of the Blowyourwhistle.com was initiated by Central Vigilance Commission (CVC), India’s apex vigilance institution dealing with all matters of corruption in the Federal Government.
